JOB TITLE – Commis chef - ½ Chef de partie, Chef de Rang (urgent)

We need a commis chef – ½ Chef de partie preferably Italian or somebody who knows the Mediterranean food.
The restaurant is a busy Italian gastro pub located in centre of a big town in UK.
They cannot provide accommodation but because it is a big town with a lots of university,
it will be easy to find a flat to share or something like that.
Most of the clients can provide accommodation.
For all candidates, they must have:
1) At least 6 months experience (for commis position)
2) Ready to stay minimum 12 months (no work experience – no seasonal job).
3) A minimum of English (at least B1 on Eures board level – good understanding).
4) Passion for catering, be hard worker, professional, a good team member and serious and the desire to progress more in their career.
The salary will depends on experience.
We also need at the moment good Chef de Rang.
