Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated
seasonal staff for the summer season in TYROL
or VORARLBEG in western Austria.
Positions are available in hotels or
restaurants.
Here are a variety of tasks that you may be
responsible for:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly
manner.
Present menus and provide detailed
information about menu items.
Take customer orders accurately and
efficiently.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Check in with customers to ensure
satisfaction with their meals.
Handle customer complaints or concerns
professionally.
Process payments and manage cash register
operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of
the
dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure
timely service
Skills
Completed vocational training.
OR good professional experience to work on
your own and self-sufficiently in the
kitchen.
German AND English language skills level
A2/B1
Effective communication with employer and
team members is key. This communication
should
be clear and understandable, always ensuring
smooth interactions.
You present yourself with a clean and tidy
appearance.
You are friendly and punctual.
You want to gain international experience,
and you have the confidence to go for it
You like to get in contact with people and
work in a team.
You need workwear like long dark skirt to
your knees/long dark trousers, light-coloured
long-sleeved top, dark comfortable shoes - if
you don`t have it, you will get it from your
employer sometimes with employer branding
if you have to pay for this depends on your
employer.
Working hours and place of work
40 or 48 hours / 5 or 6 days per week
Including weekends
Fulltime in morning, lunch or afternoon and
split shifts
Places of work: Companies in Tyrol or
Vorarlberg
With free accommodation and free meals
Start date
Summer Season 2025
Mai until October 2025
Exact time frames can be clarified with
the
company, some open later or some will end the
season in September, it depends on the
region.
Salary
At least 2.084,- gross per month
UPWARDS !
The payment is based on the collective
agreement for the gastronomy in Austria with
the readiness for significant overpayment
(depending on training and professional
experience).
In May there will be a general (annual)
increase in the collective agreement in the
HORECA sector, which every applicant should
keep in mind.
Holiday and Christmas allowance extra
(12th
and 13th salary).
Furthermore, free meals and accommodation
are offered FREE.
Other information
In principle, they all offer free
accommodation and meals.
But in newly built staff houses/flats,
some
employers charge around 50-100 Euros per
month
for cleaning, electricity, and water. This is
deducted from the monthly salary. However,
the
income always remains in line with the
collective agreement in Austria, so you don't
earn less! Some leisure time activities like
spa/wellness, gym, ski day tickets
, can be
bought price reduced or some are free for
staff.

Employer
The employer is a registered Austrian
company.
It has a service agreement for personnel
search via EURES with the AMS Austria.
Therefore, the NCO Austria will act as its
representative.

traceability and evaluation of the measures
within the framework of the PMS, all
