You will be responsible for operating the
dishwashing machines for kitchenware and
utensils from the kitchen, pastry, and all
dining outlets, as well as preparing them for
the next service.
All of this will ensure a smooth and
collaborative workflow and guarantee that our
guests receive an absolutely legendary
experience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for
maintaining cleanliness in the work areas and
common areas, adhering to safety and HACCP
standards.
