The Hotel Principe di Savoia, a historic and prestigious hotel in Milan, part of the Dorchester Collection, one of the best luxury hotel groups in the world, is looking for a Commis de Rang for its establishment.
The Commis positions are the driving force behind our hotel's F&B outlets! They have the important task of serving our guests and being at their full disposal during their stay at our outlets.

In the role of Commis de Rang, you will contribute to bringing these values to life and strengthening our We Care culture. Our Commis are responsible for welcoming our guests.
Responsibilities include:
• Mise en place and clearing of tables
• Assisting the chef de rang in managing the rank • Table service • Managing the back and preparing orders
• Cleaning work areas

• Previous experience

Salary range: 1498€ Gross minimum per month
