Job offer description
The role involves overseeing and managing projects to ensure timely completion. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management: Managing field personnel, verifying orders, and coordinating material deliveries to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by proposing DATACOM solutions.
Technical Design Support: Providing technical site information, installation data, and collaborating on troubleshooting during various project phases.
Budget Management: Developing and managing project budgets to optimize resource efficiency.
Financial Reporting: Monitoring project expenses and providing regular financial reports to management.
Daily Site Operations: Planning and supervising daily on-site activities to ensure organized and efficient workflows.
Site Inspections: Conducting site inspections for large structures (hotels, hospitals, etc.), with about 15% of the time spent on- site.
Site Management Expertise: Utilizing knowledge of site management practices, coordinating technicians, and managing site documentation.
Technical Documentation: Drafting technical documents, including schematics, reports, and work progress reports (SAL).
Job requirements
Degree/-Master degree in Energy Engineering or Telecommunications
Technical background and knowledge of construction (electrical/networking)
Knowledge of networking, with a particular focus on installation aspects such as cable laying, box assembly, rack setup, fiber splicing, data network wiring, etc.
Knowledge of network architecture
Previous experience in project management, preferably in the construction sector (electrical/networking)
Ability to read architectural and electrical distribution diagrams
Familiarity with Gantt chart definition (for project planning)
The role does not involve programming, software development, or network device configuration
Ability to interact with various professional figures and collaborate with different internal teams and external stakeholders (designers, installers, IT managers)
Excellent knowledge of English
Salary range (Yearly): 45000 - 50000 EUR (Gross pay)
Duration of work experience: Between 2 and 5 years
